Okay, I got my pictures on, but I couldn't do any writing. The first picture is a lady that I took off a billboard outside my apartment building. She just looks like a sweet lady dressed in traditional Kazakh clothes. Then there are more pictures of my bedroom. It is so weird to have an empty refrigerator in the bedroom. The watermelon picture came from the market. I wanted to get my picture taken and then I felt obligated to buy the watermelon and it about killed me carying it home. It was kind of mushy and didn't even taste that good, but I ate the whole thing. Love, Mom Rachel
Rachel: I finally got your blog and found time to read it. It is so wonderful to see your pictures and to hear of your adventures. I can relate with starting a new year of preschool. We have been up and running only 4 days and it already feels like it has been a month. Oh well, the kids always make the class come alive. Say, If you need anything preschool-wise we'd love to help out or just offer moral support. Michelle O. at SES
You are so beautiful in pink and I can't believe you ate the whole mushy watermelon. Well, I guess I would have, too. That was called HIGH EFFORT food, for sure! At WW we are losing lbs. to feed hungry children...Hope that helps me get motivated again. I want to lose so I can get back into my jeans...LOVE you, Rose
